WHERE:
In beautiful Rappahannock County, Virginia, the Fodderstack10k is a point-to-point race that begins at the north end of Flint Hill on Route 522 at the Packing Shed and ends at the court house in Washington, VA, via the Fodderstack Road. Click here for directions.

REGISTRATION AND FEES:

Location for Registration:
Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Dept., Rt. 641 on Fodderstack Rd. in Flint Hill. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m.

  • There is a 1/2 mile walk/jog from the registration area to the start of the race.
    Please allow enough time to register and meet the 9:00am starting gun.

Pre-registration:
$20.00 by mail postmarked no later than April 11th.

Family Rate:
A family with 3 or more members pre-registering together – Fee is $15.00 each person.

Running Clubs and Track Teams:
Groups of 5 or more pre-registering together – Fee is $15.00 each person.

Post -registration:
$25.00, no later than 8:30 a.m. on the morning of the race at Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department.

Registration closes at 8:50 a.m.


PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION:
Parking is available either in Washington or Flint Hill. Bus service will be provided from Washington to the starting point of the race throughout the morning. The bus will leave promptly at 7:15 a.m., again at 7:45 and at 8:20 a.m. from the front of the courthouse on Gay Street, Washington. If Parking in Flint Hill, transportation back to your vehicle will be provided following the awards ceremony.

Ample parking is available at the Flint Hill Fire Department (registration area) as well as in Washington.

** The Ike and Quita Parrish Family Award

AWARDS:
Beautiful Trophies to the first three finishers in each category, open category, 4th place for 12 & under category only (Male and Female), T-shirt to first 325 to complete the race. The Ike and Quita Parrish award goes to a family of three or more who has particapted more than three years. An award is also given to the most senior participant who finishes. Trophies are made by Merrill Strange.
